An existing five-bedroom residence, and an opportunity most would have answered with new finishes. We treated it instead as a chance to reconsider the house itself.
Architecture, interiors, technology and landscape were reworked as one coordinated intervention — a new architectural expression, rebuilt kitchen and bathrooms, integrated smart-home systems and redesigned grounds, resolved together rather than in sequence.
