BAYBAN is a completed premium residential development in Ikoyi — designed, visualized, and delivered by NONA. Its perforated concrete screen was resolved element by element: each void placed to admit light and air, and nothing else. The pattern appears effortless. It is not.
Behind the screen sits a luxury four-bedroom apartment, three two-bedroom apartments, and two studios — each with fully fitted kitchens and premium finishes, opening onto shared leisure spaces and a swimming pool. Every elevation was decided before the first block was laid.
